  • Stock Availability: Most products are in stock at our Los Angeles facility. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 1 business day and provide options for a refund or estimated restock date.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. Cost: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50; free for orders over $50.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days after processing. Cost: $12.99 flat rate.
    • Carriers: We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on your location and order weight.
  • International Shipping:
    • Available to select countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia). Delivery times vary (typically 7–14 business days after processing).
    • Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
    • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Shipping Rates: Exact costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates may vary based on product weight (e.g., heavier items like Dispoz-A-Scoop® with extension handle) or destination.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders over $50, unless otherwise specified during promotions.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and select international destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products (e.g., perishable treats like The Much Loved Dog™) due to carrier restrictions.

4. Delivery Information

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

  • Products like The Much Loved Dog™, Fresh Bites®, and VitaGravyFX® are perishable and require careful handling.
  • We use insulated packaging and expedited shipping when necessary to ensure freshness, especially during warm weather.
